Digital Orders

Most programs offered on this website are provided through a download member area. This means you receive full access to a membership page. Your login credentials will be provided after purchase and sent via email. You may need to check your spam folder if the credentials were sent there.

If you purchase a product to be shipped by mail, it will be shipped through the following carriers:

A customer service representative will respond to you within 48 hours or less. Your message will be handled by a real person who is here to solve your problems and answer your questions.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns and refunds are subject to the return period we establish and are processed at customer request either by us as the provider or by Digistore24.

Return Periods:

Depending on the product, you can choose from various return periods of 14, 30, 60, 90, or 180 days. The return period begins with the first payment and lasts a maximum of 180 days depending on our settings.

Physical Products:

For physical products, the statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days. Additionally, we may grant an extended return period of up to 180 days. You will receive return instructions in your order confirmation.

Digital Products:

Digital content may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if you were explicitly informed in advance and explicitly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal (via a checkbox in the order form). For digital products, you must provide a destruction declaration committing to delete or destroy everything you received through the purchase.

Seminars and Services:

For seminars and services, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days generally applies. Digistore24 additionally offers a "goodwill extension" of the return period of up to 180 days.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, use the buyer support link in your order confirmation email or the cancellation button on the order confirmation page. Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your original payment method.

Important Note:

Digistore24 is legally required to process refunds within the withdrawal period. If we receive a refund request within the return period we specify, we are legally required to process the refund on your behalf.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, our fulfillment company will send you a tracking link for your order. This will be sent within 3 business days to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

Please note: Sometimes this email may be filtered into the spam and junk folders of some email providers.
